    Two men have been charged after 45 rabbits were found living in "deplorable" conditions in an old transit bus in the city's south end, the Edmonton Humane Society announced Monday.     The Alberta SPCA has seized 33 horses from a private property over allegations they were in distress. The animals were taken from the property in Springbank area, west of Calgary, on Jan. 5 under the Animal Protection Act, but no charges have yet been laid, Morris Airey, director of animal protection services, said on Friday.     My weekly look at the gorgeous things over at Craft Juice. This Homage to the Sun God necklace by Lynwood Jewellery is absolutely stunning. I love it. Mmmmmm. This watermelon brooch by Cut.Paste.Create. has me yearning for summer. These origami butterfly earrings are such a good idea and the papers used are beautiful. Get them from Satoko’s Origami. You won’t lose this camera easily if you pop it into this bright yellow camera bag from Yoguiana. I’m not a fan of spiders in real life but there is something about this spider decoration by Melanie Miljan that I am attracted to!

    I found this gorgeous linen CD album last night and I love the embroidery on it. Get it from Kuutydruk. Wow! I just love this necklace from Jftesser that has been made from mylar but uses traditional origami methods. The site of Liza Rendina is beautiful and I love her Odette doll which you can see above. There are other gorgeous things so go and take a peek! Ooooooooh! I have found a treasure trove of gorgeous ribbon and there is a huge range to choose from. It’s called All About Ribbon.     We were quite lucky and had the most beautiful, springy, sunshine-filled Saturday. It was actually warm enough to open up the windows. This was a real treat for Charlene. She perched on my window nearly all day long and sniffed the fresh air.

My Mommeh usually weighs us on a baby scale about once a month to make sure we are not gaining or losing weight, since this can be an early sign of a medical problem. Our weight varies by only a few ounces each time because we eat the same amount of foods every day.     I got a pretty new winter coat! And it is a very beautiful royal blue color. I looked through my entire wardrobe for a scarf or cap to go with my new coat, and I could not find anything! We were a bit worried because there are lots of street cats in this town and this kitty seemed too young to survive on its own and it seemed to have troubles with its eyes.
